Inside the Birdcage, Doflamingo's deadly game begins. The rules are simple: take out the Straw Hats and their allies, defeat Doflamingo, or never see sunrise! Luffy and the other Colosseum stars make a mad dash for a chance at the man pulling the strings-turns out there's two of them!

As the final round begins at the Colosseum, the four remaining contestants deal with Diamante while Luffy, Zoro, and Viola head through the palace. Meanwhile, the Tontatta aren't toying around they have a spicy plan to stop Sugar, even if Trebol tries to interfere. Inside the harbor lift, Lao G attempts to stop the Toy Soldier from finishing what he started ten years ago.
