Description
When a solitary Polar Bear realizes there is no food for him in the Arctic, and that all the ice is melting, he decides to go for a swim to find some. Along the way, he finds a boat and sails across the ocean to the city, where he meets other endangered animals who all climb into the boat with him: an Orangutan who is surrounded by tree stumps, an Elephant who is trying to out-run a poacher, and a Panda without a home. Together, they cross the seas in search of a place they can all call home. They finally come to a beautiful island and meet a Dodo, who explains that they cannot return home until the trees are replanted, the ice stops melting, and the poachers stop hunting for tusks.
