Description
At first, the young Jane Austen finds the mischevious Thomas Lefroy ignorant and self-centered, but they start to flirt and eventually fall in love. Both of their families disagree with the match, but Thomas tries to convince Jane to runaway with him. Instead, Jane stays with her family and ends her affair with Thomas. She begins to write some of her greatest works of all time, with Lefroy becoming the inspiration for Mr. Darcy in the novel "Pride and Prejudice."
